Snatch Pull + Low Hang Squat Snatch
Rest 15 seconds
Snatch Pull + Squat Snatch
Starting at 60% building to around 80% for as many rounds as possible.

C. 3 min AMRAP x 6 rounds
1st/4th – bike 30/24 cal + max air squats to a medball
2nd/5th – 15 power snatch 135/95 + max pushups
3rd/6th – 60 sit-ups + max Russian kb swings red/blue
*rest 2 min after each amrap. score is total reps after the required work is done each round.
