A. Warmup
3 rds
10 Air Squats
5 burpees
30s wall sit

Then…
2 rds with an empty barbell:
10 push presses
10 front squats
5 hang squat cleans
5 squat clean thrusters

B. EMOM for 12 min:
2 clusters (Clean & thruster)
Work as heavy as possible. Record heaviest lift

C. 7 rounds 15 minute tapout
3 Thrusters 115/85
5 Burpees
7 Box Jump Overs

D. 2 min amrap: with Partner
Partner 1 does 5 Burpee plate to Overhead
Partner 2 does Max Cal Bike. Swith every 5 BtoOH
Score is total cals at 2 min mark. Don’t count roll over cals.
