Class Times: 4:15pm & 5:30pm

A. 2 min cardio of choice
3 Rounds
10 jumping squats
10 pushups
then
40 Lateral Partner Burpees, 20 ea
Like a bar facing burpee but starting parallel to your partner, do a burpee then hop over your partner.

B. 3 Rounds For Time:
500 Meter Row OR 400m run OR 30/24 cal bike
20 Hang Power Snatch 75/55
10 Pullups

C. Rest exactly 6 min then:
30 back squats (men @ body weight, women @ 70% of body weight) take bar from floor if able.

*score is total time.
