A. Warmup

B1. Power Clean Every 90 seconds @ 6 Sets
2 Clean Pulls
1 Power Clean
-rest :15-
B2. Every minute on the minute, until failure
1 power clean
2 power cleans
3 power cleans …etc – 75% of 1RM
continue this sequence until you are no longer able to complete the cleans within the minute

C. Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
3 air squats
3 Abmat sit-ups
3 Russian kettlebell swings
100m run
6 air squats
6 Abmat sit-ups
6 Russian kettlebell swings
100m run
9 air squats
9 Abmat sit-ups
9 Russian kettlebell swings
100m run
… etc. Continue to add 3 reps to each movement until time expires.
