B. Every 7 minutes for 21 minutes (3 sets):
20 front rack Reverse Lunges 75-95/45-65
20 Clean and jerks
20 front rack Reverse Lunges

C. EMOM for 12 min:
1- 20 kb Russian twist
2- 10 strict toes 2 bar or rings
3- 10 kb windmills 5/side
