Synchro Double DB box step overs 20”, 50’s/35’s

P1 runs a lap, then p2 runs a lap. Once both partners run a lap – continue to 2 synchro snatches and 2 synchro step overs. 1 lap each then 4 snatches 4 box step overs. Continue for 20 minutes.
